Join Kacie and Star as they discuss resources for survivors of domestic violence and sexual assault. This conversation will focus on how to respond to survivors and why believing and listening to stories matter. Learn about the many intersections that survivors face. Star will discuss the false feeling of shame and breaking curses. Kacie will discuss prevention strategies that you can implement in your community and in your everyday life to show you believe and stand with survivors. Since Wildflower Enterprises specifically has representatives in north central Pennsylvania and the bluegrass region of Kentucky, the resources we will share will be dedicated to those locations. We encourage everyone who wants to stand with survivors to listen to this dynamic conversation. This conversation will be via Facebook Live and Zoom. We will have a special time on Zoom after the recording to answer questions and be in community. We will prompt all watching when they can join the Zoom call. -Wildflower Enterprises is not a social service organization or non profit. Our goal is to connect people to the community resources that they may need. If you are a representative from an agency we ask that you contact us with the services you offer for survivors so we can add you to our support list and share with those who need your services. We are excited to have Star (she/her/hers) lead our conversation Sunday! Star Poole is a School Board Director in Williamsport.
