Founded by twin sisters Kacie & Kaitlyn. We are now a collection of individuals from all walks of life working together. Wildflower Enterprises is a resource to help women enrich their lives. 

 Story

Wildflower Enterprises uses art and design to uplift women. We connect women artisans in rural communities who are passionate about being leaders for empowerment and social change.

Our empowerment model is based on evidence-based research that centers trauma-informed pedagogies. 

We are passionate about storytelling and believe everyone has the right to tell their story to inspire others. Wildflower Enterprises consists of various programs that assists women in telling their own stories. We have become a safe platform for many women to tell their survival stories.

​Wildflowers inspire us. They are growing and living in sunshine, strong winds, snow and extreme heat. Our hope is that we can help you grow to live a more effective and positive life.

We use our online platform as a vital tool for connection and collaboration.

​We have worked with individuals in Pennsylvania, Kentucky, Tennessee, and the Bahamas.

Kacie
Co-Founder 

​Kacie (she/her/hers) is an artist with a background in communications and teaching abuse prevention. The main issues she has worked on are preventing sexual violence, domestic violence and trafficking. Kacie has a MA in Global Community Engagement and is currently pursuing a PhD in Communication and Culture.  Kacie is passionate about trauma-informed teaching and research. 

Kaitlyn
​Co-Founder

​Kaitlyn (she/her/hers) is an artist and has a background in management and HR.  She has worked in retail management close to 10 years.  She is passionate about employee satisfaction and empowerment. She has created leadership programs and trainings for stores and workplaces. She is also a loving mom to her son.
